Hire Agreement — Terms & Conditions
1. The Hirer will, during the period of hire be responsible for the supervision of guests on the premises.
2. The Hirer will be responsible to ensure somebody over the age of 18 years is on the premises.
3. A Committee Member will host you for the duration of hire.
4. A Committee Member will confirm hire date and times have been agreed.
5. The Hirer and guests and not permitted to bring their own beverages.
6. The Hirer shall not use the premises for any other purposes than described in the Hire Agreement.
7. The Hirer agrees not to exceed the agreed maximum number of people.
8. The Hirer shall, if serving food observe food health and hygiene legislation and regulations.
9. The Hirer takes responsibility of any equipment brought onto the premises.
10. At the end of the period of hire The Hirer shall be responsible to leave the premises in the same condition as arrival.
11. The Hirer acknowledges they understand Fire Safety.
12. Fire exits are not blocked.
13. Bring no fire hazards onto the premises.
14. The Hirer will make the Committee member host aware of an accidents/incident on the premises during the hire period.
15. End of Hire period is the responsibility of The Hirer to vacate at the agreed time.
16. It is The Hirers responsibility to cancel the booking if no longer required.
